Episode 56 – Christianity 101 – Romans 3:9-31

This is the episode is part five in a study on Paul’s letter to Romans. In this part of the letter Paul taking about sin. He finally comes to the confusion that we are all sinners. We all fall short at least some of the time. We cannot follow the law, the rules, the things that please God all the time. But God has provided a different method for us to be right with him, to be righteous and that is what Jesus did on our behalf.

  • God is patiently withholding judgement now, so we too should not judge
  • A day of judgement is coming
  • There are no excuses, we will all be judged for what we do

Episode 52 – Christianity 101 – Romans 1:1-15

This is the introductory episode for a new series studying the book of Romans. This episode will provide an overview of why we will be studying the book of Roman. It also starts to look at the introduction to this letter. Romans is the only one of Paul’s letters written to a church that he has not previously preached to. Because it is written to a new audience it is the most complete of the New Testament letters theologically.
