So after this podcast I was led to figure out – what was Jesus trying to tell us with the story about the demon? Why didn’t or doesn’t Jesus protect us from being filled with the demon or demons again?
Enduring Word had a great answer to that. In short we can’t be lukewarm especially after the demon leaving us. We are like a vacuum and will suck anything back in to not feel empty. That is why we will unfortunately fill ourselves with demons again instead of filling ourselves with the holt spirit if we’re not seeking Jesus fully.
