This is the episode is part 5 in a study on the fundamentals of Christianity. In this episode we will look at Grace. We are the receivers of God’s Grace. We have a standing with God not because of what we have done because we have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. But by grace, but a gift we do not deserve, we have standing with God.

Thank you so much for this study. It’s been a great help to me but I’ve come up against a problem that I’m having real difficulty with. It involves some of the things that have been addressed in this series.
We are always told that in order to follow Christ command to love God and to love others we must love every single other. I believe that this is true, but no pastor has ever adequately explained to me how we go about doing this. Most simply stop short after saying that it is a serious command.
Emulate God, yes just but where do we begin? God bless all his children, but I sometimes think that is because we are his children. Donald Trump isn’t my child who I can love no matter what he does. It’s very perplexing for me. How do we begin to love those who we feel are actively trying to hurt us or actively hurting those we love? What is a good starting point? Do we simply pray that they stop doing bad things? I would be very interested in hearing from you on this because I believe you’re a very very wise man. If there were a series, entitled the ABC’s of learning to love your enemy, I would love to study it. Just a thought and thank you for everything you’ve done for me. Bill
